Neither a school district nor an educational cooperative may charge fees for costs of conducting educational needs assessments ordered pursuant to K.S.A. 38-1514 or 38-1662. 97-44. CASE ANNOTATIONS 1. While (c)(1) excludes any claim of confidential relationship on court-ordered examination/evaluation, subsection (c)(2) recognizes continuing prior relationship. State v. Munyon, 240 Kan. 53, 60, 726 P.2d 1333 (1986). 2. Exception created to psychologist-client confidential relationship. In re K.G.O., 12 Kan. App. 2d 7, 9, 10, 11, 738 P.2d 98 (1987).
