Reports made by foster parents and kinship caregivers

38-2261. Reports made by foster parents and kinship caregivers. The secretary shall notify the foster parent or kinship caregivers that the foster parent or kinship caregivers have a right to submit a report. Copies of the report shall be available to the parties and interested parties. The report made by foster parents shall be on a form created and provided by the Kansas department for children and families.
