38-2355. Degree of proof. In all proceedings on complaints pursuant to the code the state must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the juvenile committed the act or acts charged in the complaint or a lesser included offense as defined in subsection (b) of section K.S.A. 21-5109, and amendments thereto.
