38-327. Recommendations by child placing agency; preplacement study or supervision of home. Any child placing agency having a child in foster care or institutional care may recommend to the secretary support of the adoption of such child and may include in its recommendation any other information likely to assist the secretary in carrying out the functions vested in him by this act.
