Definitions

38-553. Definitions. As used in this act, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) "Youth camp and home" means a parental home operated by a board of directors as provided in this act. (b) "Youth" means child adjudicated to be a delinquent child, miscreant child, wayward child, traffic offender, truant, deprived child, child in need of care or juvenile offender.
