39-1008. Grants-in-aid; approval or rejection; effect. All applications for grants-in-aid shall be submitted to the secretary for his approval or rejection. If approved, the secretary shall be authorized to enter into agreements and expend funds for grants-in-aid as hereinbefore provided. History: L. 1965, ch. 291, § 8; June 30.
