39-1207. Eligible local community organizations defined. Eligible local community organizations shall be organizations which are nonprofit, charitable agencies, operating sheltered workshop programs and half-way house programs under private auspices and serving people with intellectual or other disabilities without regard to race, religion, color, ancestry or national origin.
