39-1410. Review subsequent to authorization of protective services; continuation of protective services; reevaluations. Subsequent to the authorization for the provision of necessary protective services, the secretary for children and families shall initiate a review of each case within 45 days, to determine whether continuation of, or modification in, the services provided is warranted. A decision to continue the provision of such services should be made in concert with appropriate personnel from other involved state and local groups, agencies and departments, and shall comply with the consent provisions of this act.
