39-1440. Same; review subsequent to authorization of protective services; continuation of protective services; reevaluations. Subsequent to the authorization for the provision of necessary protective services, the secretary shall initiate a review of each case within 60 days to determine where continuation of, or modification in, the services provided is warranted. A decision to continue the provision of such services shall comply with the consent provisions of this act.
