39-2012. Provision of license; requirements; duration. A provisional license may be issued to any center, facility, hospital or provider which is temporarily unable to conform to all the standards, requirements and rules and regulations established under the provisions of this act. The issuance of such provisional license shall be subject to approval by the state fire marshal. A provisional license may be issued for not more than six months to provide time to make necessary corrections.
