39-956. Service of copies of application for receivership; posting in adult care home. The applicant shall serve those persons set forth in K.S.A. 39-954, and amendments thereto, with copies of the application. Service of process shall be as provided for under the code of civil procedure. The applicant shall also send a copy of the application for receivership to the adult care home.
