4-444. Revisor's Note: This section number was assigned by the Revisor of Statutes to publish the excerpted decree of Long v. Docking, civil action No. W-3220 filed March 28, 1968. This decree, establishing senatorial districts for Kansas, was vacated and set aside by a partial decree of U.S. District Court of Kansas dated March 31, 1972. (See Anderson v. Docking, civil action No. W-3220.) This partial decree established forty senatorial districts in the state, and the final decree dated April 7, 1972, corrected the description of the third senatorial district established by the partial decree.
