40-3605. Citation of act. (a) This act may be cited as the insurers supervision, rehabilitation and liquidation act. (b) This act shall not be interpreted to limit the powers granted the commissioner by other provisions of law. (c) This act shall be liberally construed. History: L. 1991, ch. 125, § 1; July 1.
