40-4,113. Same; effective date. (a) After the effective date of this act, a company may elect to apply its provisions to annuity contracts on a contract form-by-contract form basis before the second anniversary of the effective date of this act. (b) In all other instances, this act shall become operative with respect to all annuity contracts issued by the company on or after the second anniversary of this act.
