40-4367. Investment of assets; methods of valuation and rating. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 40-4364, and amendments thereto, the assets of two or more protected cells may be combined for purposes of investment, and such combination shall not be construed as defeating the segregation of such assets for accounting or other purposes. (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, the commissioner may approve the use of alternative reliable methods of valuation and rating. History: L. 2025, ch. 99, § 7; July 1.
