40-4703. Same; health partnership; organization. (a) The health partnership selected by the health committee shall: (1) Be a domestic not-for-profit corporation; and (2) have a board of directors which includes among its members at least one director who is a small employer and at least one director who is an employee. (3) No director shall have any interest in any business which sells health insurance or which provides or delivers any health care services. (b) Operate the Kansas business health partnership.
