41-203. Alcoholic beverage control board of review; abolished; transfer of authority, property, proceedings. (a) The state alcoholic beverage control board of review is hereby abolished. (b) Whenever the state alcoholic beverage control board of review is referred to or designated by statute, contract or other document, the reference or designation shall be deemed to apply to the director. (c) All books, records and other property of the state alcoholic beverage control board of review are hereby transferred to the director. (d) No suit, action or other proceeding, judicial or administrative, lawfully commenced, or which could have been commenced, by or against the state alcoholic beverage control board of review shall abate by reason of the abolition of such board, and the court may allow any such suit, action or other proceeding to be maintained by or against the director.
