41-2725. Cereal malt beverage prohibited at state capitol. (a) No person shall drink or consume cereal malt beverage in the state capitol building or on the grounds of the state capitol building. (b) Violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $200 or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
