41-329. Sale in federal area by manufacturer or supplier; revocation of authorization to do business in state. (a) If a manufacturer or supplier authorized to do business in this state sells any alcoholic liquor in a federal area, the director shall revoke the manufacturer's or supplier's authorization to do business in accordance with the Kansas liquor control act. (b) As used in this section, "federal area" has the meaning provided by K.S.A. 41-501, and amendments thereto. (c) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas liquor control act. (d) If any provision of this section or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any other provision of this act, the Kansas liquor control act or K.S.A. 79-41a01 et seq., and amendments thereto, and, to this end, the provisions of this section are severable.
