41-718. Sale only in original package; refilling prohibited; application of law to certain sales. (a) No person except a manufacturer, distributor, microbrewery, microdistillery, farm winery or wholesaler shall fill or refill, in whole or in part, any original package of alcoholic liquor with the same or any other kind or quality of alcoholic liquor. (b) No person shall have in the person's possession for sale at retail any bottles, casks or other containers containing alcoholic liquor, except in original packages. (c) This section shall not apply to the sale of beer, domestic beer or cereal malt beverage by a retailer in accordance with K.S.A. 41-308(c)(8), and amendments thereto.
