Person who served the next preceding year as talesman disqualified. Kansas City v. Kirkhan, 9 Kan. App. 236, 59 P. 675. 2. Actual service as juror, not summons, is test of disqualification. The State v. Lowe, 56 Kan. 594, 597, 44 P. 20. 3. Service in court of record must be shown to disqualify. The State v. Hamilton, 74 Kan. 461, 465, 87 P. 363. 4. Section mentioned; where question concerning juror's qualification is not raised until after the verdict it comes too late. State v. Dodson, 207 Kan. 437, 439, 485 P.2d 1010. 5.
