43-157. Same; definitions. As used in this act unless the context otherwise requires: (a) "Jury list" means a list of those persons qualified for jury duty in a county as such list is prepared in accordance with this act; (b) "Commissioner" or "jury commissioner" means the judge or judges of the district court in each county, or a person appointed to serve as jury commissioner by a district court; (c) "Wheel" means a container in which may be placed cards bearing the names of persons on the jury list of a county.
