44-1116. Contractors; requirements. (a) Contractors subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 44-1030, 44-1031 and 44-1032, and amendments thereto, shall be required to agree to the same contract provisions with respect to age discrimination and compliance with this act as provided by those sections with respect to other types of discrimination and compliance with the Kansas act against discrimination. (b) The commission shall have the powers provided by K.S.A. 44-1030, 44-1031 and 44-1032, and amendments thereto, to enforce the provisions of this section. History: L. 1983, ch. 164, § 6; July 1.
