Violation of act

44-129. Violation of act. Any violation of this act shall be a class C misdemeanor. Any crew chief found to be in violation of this act shall cease to operate as a crew chief in this state for a period of two (2) years. History: L. 1974, ch. 202, § 5; July 1.
