Responsibilities of licensees

44-1813. Responsibilities of licensees. It shall be the responsibility of a licensee to ensure that the design, construction, installation, operation, inspection, testing, maintenance, alteration and repair of an elevator is performed in compliance with the provisions of the state safety and fire prevention act, K.S.A. 31-132 et seq., and amendments thereto.
