44-807. Records kept by secretary of state; records to be made available for examination and copies. The secretary of state shall prepare and keep a register or proper record showing the date of filing of the application provided for in K.S.A. 44-804, and amendments thereto, the names of the licensee and the labor organization for whom such licensee will act as agent. Such records provided for herein shall be made available by the secretary of state to all persons for examination and taking of copies. History: L. 1943, ch. 191, § 6; L. 2025, ch. 29, § 1; July 1.
