44-810. Action against a business agent for violations of act. An action shall be commenced by the attorney general or the county attorney of any county of the state on complaint of any interested party against any business agent for the violation of this act. Such action may be commenced in the district court of the county of residence of such business agent or of the county in which such violations occurred. Such action shall be heard by the court without a jury, and the code of civil procedure shall apply in such proceedings. History: L. 1943, ch. 191, § 9; L. 2025, ch. 29, § 3; July 1.
