45-315. Timetable for publication of session laws; printing and delivery of bound copies as provided by law. After the sine die adjournment of each legislative session, the secretary of state shall provide for the publication of the session laws on July 1 of such year. As rapidly as practicable, the secretary of state shall provide for the printing and delivery of bound copies of the session laws as provided by law.
