Duration and renewal of licenses and permits

47-1208. Duration and renewal of licenses and permits. All licenses and permits issued under this act shall expire on September 30 following date of issuance. All applications for renewal of licenses and permits shall be in compliance with the requirements of this act for the issuance of original licenses and permits.
