47-1215. Rules and regulations; filing. The commissioner may adopt and enforce such reasonable rules and regulations relating to transportation of carcasses of domestic animals and packing house refuse, specifications for disposal plants, substations, places of transfer, equipment and vehicles, and all operations in connection therewith, as the commissioner deems advisable and which are not inconsistent with provisions of this act.
