48-3011. (KCMJ Art. 86) Absence without leave. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer who, without authority: (a) Fails to go to the person's appointed place of duty at the time prescribed; (b) goes from that place; or (c) absents oneself or remains absent from such person's unit, organization or place of duty at which such person is required to be at the time prescribed.
