48-3015. (KCMJ Art. 89b) Assaulting or willfully disobeying superior commissioned officer. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person strikes the person's superior commissioned officer or draws or lifts up any weapon or offers any violence against the superior commissioned officer while the officer is in the execution of the officer's office.
