48-3017. (KCMJ Art. 92) Failure to obey order or regulation. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person: (a) Violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation; (b) having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the state military forces which it is the person's duty to obey, fails to obey the order; or (c) is derelict in the performance of such person's duties.
