48-3032. (KCMJ Art. 108) Military property; loss, damage, destruction or wrongful disposition. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person, without proper authority: (a) Sells or otherwise disposes of any military property of the United States or of the state; (b) willfully or through neglect damages, destroys or loses any military property of the United States or of the state; or (c) willfully or through neglect suffers to be damaged, destroyed, sold or wrongfully disposed of any military property of the United States or of the state.
