48-3034. (KCMJ Art. 113) Drunken or reckless driving. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person operates any vehicle in a manner prohibited by K.S.A. 8-1567, and amendments thereto, in a reckless or wanton manner or while impaired by a substance described in K.S.A. 48-3035a, and amendments thereto.
