48-3036. (KCMJ Art. 114b) Dueling. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person: (a) Fights or promotes, or is concerned in or connives at fighting a duel; or (b) has knowledge of a challenge sent or about to be sent and fails to report the fact promptly to the proper authority.
