48-3050. (KCMJ Art. 105) Forgery. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person intentionally: (a) Falsely makes or alters any signature or any part of any writing that would, if genuine, impose a legal liability on another or change their legal rights or liability; or (b) utters, offers, issues or transfers such writing, known by the person to be so made or altered.
