48-3052. (KCMJ Art. 106a) Wearing unauthorized insignia, decoration, badge, ribbon, device or lapel button. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person: (a) Is not authorized to wear an insignia, decoration, badge, ribbon, device or lapel button; and (b) wrongfully wears such insignia, decoration, badge, ribbon, device or lapel button upon the person's uniforms or civilian clothing.
