48-3061. (KCMJ Art. 131c) Misprision of a serious offense. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person: (a) Knows another person has committed a serious offense; and (b) wrongfully conceals the commission of the offense and fails to make the commission of the offense known to civilian or military authorities as soon as possible.
