48-3202. Authorization of governor to enter into compact on behalf of state; written agreement. The governor is hereby authorized to enter into the interstate civil defense and disaster compact on behalf of the state of Kansas with one or more of the states which have legally joined said compact or which are authorized to join said compact, by entering into a written agreement therefor with the governor of each such state. Such written agreement may specify the period of time that said compact is entered into with regard to each such state. History: L. 1975, ch. 282, § 2; July 1.
