48-3710. Private sector entities; application of Kansas tort claims act. Private sector entities participating in the Kansas intelligence fusion center shall not be considered governmental entities, nor shall employees or agents of private sector entities assigned to the Kansas intelligence fusion center be considered state employees for the purposes of K.S.A. 75-6101 et seq., and amendments thereto.
