50-661. Disclosure by insurer to use after market parts; violations. (a) No insurer shall require the use of after market parts in the repair of a motor vehicle without disclosing to the owner the intent to use such parts; (b) violations of subsection (a) and K.S.A. 50-662 by insurers shall be enforced under the provisions of K.S.A. 40-2401 et seq., and amendments thereto.
