50-904. Penalties; consumer protection act proceedings; agent liability. (a) Any person who violates any provision of this act is guilty of a class C misdemeanor for the first conviction, a class B misdemeanor for the second conviction and a class A misdemeanor for a third or subsequent conviction. (b) In addition to or instead of the criminal penalties provided by subsection (a), a person who violates any provision of this act shall be subject to proceedings under the Kansas consumer protection act. (c) An individual who violates any provision of this act while acting in the name of or on behalf of any person is liable to the same extent as if the individual were acting in the individual's own name or own behalf.
