55-1501. Definitions. As used in this act: (a) "Carrier" means a common carrier which is certified under K.S.A. 66-131. (b) "Dealer" means any person engaged in the business of dealing in used oil or gas field equipment. (c) "Oil and gas field equipment" means any equipment or material used in extracting oil or gas from the earth or in constructing, operating, maintaining or repairing oil or gas wells or pipelines.
