55-154. Certification of compliance with statutes and rules and regulations. The operator or the operator's designated agent shall certify in writing to the commission that all requirements of K.S.A. 55-151 and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to K.S.A. 55-152 have been complied with. The commission shall adopt rules and regulations to prescribe the procedure for the designation by an operator of an agent. History: L. 1982, ch. 228, § 5; July 1.
