55-1612. Protective ordinances permitted, when. Nothing in this act shall be construed as prohibiting the governing body of any city from adopting any other ordinance which does not conflict with any state law or rule or regulation providing for the protection of the public health, safety or welfare in relation to the production of minerals within the corporate limits of the city.
