55-229. Substantive rights and remedies saved; presumption cumulative. This act shall not alter or affect substantive rights or remedies under any such mineral leases under the common law or statutes of the state of Kansas. The evidentiary presumption afforded by this act shall be cumulative and in addition to all other substantive rights and remedies in existence under the common law and statutes of this state on the effective date of this act.
