55-611. Penalties for violation of K.S.A. 55-610. Any person, firm or the officials of any corporation violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction in any court having jurisdiction of the offense, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by confinement in the county jail not exceeding six months, or both.
