58-20a08. Use of other datums and geodetic reference networks. The provisions of this act shall not be construed to prohibit the appropriate use of other datums and other geodetic reference networks, established by a state agency or county, such as the Kansas regional coordinate system, which was developed and implemented by the Kansas department of transportation and is based upon the North American datum of 1983.
