58-25,115. Landlord's right to access; limitations. (a) A landlord shall not have the right of access to a mobile home owned by a tenant without consent of the tenant unless it is an extreme hazard involving the potential loss of life or severe property damage. (b) The landlord may enter onto the mobile home space at reasonable hours in order to inspect the mobile home space, make necessary or agreed repairs or improvements, supply necessary or agreed services or exhibit the mobile home space to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, tenants, workers or contractors. (c) The landlord shall not abuse the right of access or use it to harass the tenant. History: L. 1992, ch. 306, § 17; July 1.
